All Premiux Nutrition products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or taking prescription medication.

3. Subscription Terms

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Premiux Nutrition to charge your payment method automatically at the selected frequency. You may cancel, skip, or modify your subscription at any time by contacting contact@premiuxvitamins.com or through your account portal. We will send you a reminder email 3 days before your next renewal. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your subscription price will remain the same unless you are notified of a change with advance notice.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability

8. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact Premiux Nutrition at  contact@premiuxvitamins.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be  resolved within 30 days of that contact, either 
party may pursue formal legal remedies as permitted under applicable law.

Premiux Nutrition reserves the right to seek  injunctive or other equitable relief in any court  of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property or confidential information.
